Cognitive Training Games:

  • Engaging in cognitive training games, puzzles, and activities that require mental effort can stimulate the release of norepinephrine. This includes activities like sudoku, crosswords, or brain-training apps designed to enhance cognitive functions.

Interval Training:

  • High-intensity interval training (HIIT) involves short bursts of intense physical activity followed by periods of rest. HIIT has been associated with increased norepinephrine release. Tailor the intensity and duration based on individual fitness levels.

Healthy Lifestyle Habits:
